Having had problems with my previous host's lax security I decided to give Rochen a try based on recommendations from the Joomla community. I had an issue with magic quotes, raised a ticket and had resolution within hours, even though it was a Sunday.

So thank you Chris and the Rochen team, you really do Rock! (I will also be recommending you to everyone at work!)
