I used the automatic update process to update my Outlook express account. I received comfirmation that it updated my registry so I tried to use the switch identity function to get into that account. Once I did that, Outlook shut itself down and I can no longer get back into Outlook express at all. Please help! Do I have to reinstall it?:crying:
I have also enabled customer forum access, but I cannot get in. My logged in user name is Duane P, but I could not use that to enabel access. I had to use DuaneP without the space. Is that the why I am not recognized in the customer forum? I subscribed to all the forums, but I am still locked out. I am off to a tough start.
