I'm definitely a newbie. Rochen is only the second host I've ever used. My original thought process on looking for a host was that if they didn't have a superbowl commercial it would be too difficult, too technical, and they wouldn't provide a quality service. Unfortunately, I found out first hand that just because you're big, doesn't mean you're better.
After being unhappy with a lot of customer service and security issues, I went asking on different forums for host suggestions and was referred to Rochen. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the security, and the ease of use for a newbie like myself here at Rochen. I especially enjoy making use of the customer forums. There are some incredibly experienced, talented and friendly people around here willing to help people like me. I would definitely recommend Rochen to anyone who is in similar shoes!
