I've just summited order for a several minutes ago .. just curious when my account will be set up :-) (also want to know how fast ROCHEN's support team can respond to customer as well ^^) .. At first I've decided to host my site with Affordablehost.com but they respond to me very very slow .. don't know what happen with them .. I've read many comment on many hosting reviews website .. almost cheer that Affordablehost.com has a great price with fast technical support service but that's not true .. so I've search for another one and I've found that ROCHEN can be my answer .. Hope that my decission will not be my false ..

All accounts are setup in a maximum of 24 hours, normally a lot less :)

I also want a custom nameserver option on mydomain name. If it possible to use customname.mydomain.com instead of ns1.mydomain.com or ns2.mydomain.com ?

Yes, but please email: customerservices@rochen.com and explain this. Please include the order number along with what changes you want made.

The account will be setup by default with NS1/NS2 and we can't change this once it's setup. So please notify us now :)

Note: This may add slightly to the setup time.

I also want a personalized nameserver option on mydomain name. Is it possible to use mycustomname.mydomain.com instead of ns1.mydomain.com or ns2.mydomain.com ? And if it possible, how many names are needed to use (eg.: 2 names are needed: ns1, ns2)

PS: Fast reply as I expected ... good job! :-)

I take it you have ordered a reseller plan? Personalized name servers are only available with reseller plans.

I've order a multiple domains hosting plan. I really need the reseller plan but the smallest reseller plan is too large for me right now. I'll pay for an additional fee for use the personalized nameserver option as it shown in the plan's detail page (6.5%/mo).

Okay, in that case. Don't email Customer Services - simply open a support ticket after your account has been setup asking for the personalized name servers to be added and remember to note that you don't want NS1/NS2.

Also, feel free to email me: chris@rochen.com with your PaySystems.com OrderID and I can check-up on your order :)

Okay, but where can I find my order id? when I've compleded my order, there is only a message tell me to wait for an email.

The OrderID will have been on the confirmation screen and PaySytems.com should have emailed you a receipt.

Alternatively, you may email me your full name, email address and postal address - I can lookup your order this way too.

I've not got any email since I've completed the order form. Anyway, I'll send you an email for tracking my order status.

PS: Thanks for A GREAT SUPPORT which I've never found from any of my previous hosting providers!
