Hello. As you have so prominently displayed a "Special Offers" on your main page, are you planning any special offers soon?

I'm considering signing up for your hosting services but I'm curious as to what Special Offers you run from time to time--just wondering if I should wait it out for the next offer since I don't really have an immediate need for a hosting plan and need that little extra incentive even though your prices seems to be quite good already.

Hmm... Interesting question!

At the moment we don't have an immediate plans a special offer just now.
However, they're really quite spontaneous and I honestly couldn't tell you when we'd have one running.

Do you have any questions on any of our services?

Thanks for the quick reply.

This forum pretty much answered all my questions--I've read most of the pre-sales posting already. Would really like to have been able to look through the other forums but its locked to customers only but that's okay--don't really need that much more info.

Just did not want to join up today and see a special offer the very next day. I don't care much for other companies that cater to attracting/rewarding new customers only with special pricing and neglecting their existing customers, especially when I'm part of the existing customers.

I just tried to order but the site just came back with a message something about an "upgrade maintenance to our online ordering wizard. Please call back at around 2100 GMT. (1600 EST.)".

Anyway, so I went surfing and found www.*****.com from which there is a different package for your web hosting plan for ***** users. Is this the exact same Multiple Domain Hosting Plan (all same features) but with different disk space/bandwidth/pricing only? If it is, is it still available and would there be any difference ordering through their link?

No, the ***** package is temporarily unavailable. The ordering system will be live again within the next couple of minutes :)

Just to keep you updated - some delays on the upgrades to the Ordering System. Should be up later today.

Okay finally got in and went through the order process. It was fairly simple process. The only part I did not like was the little blurb in the WorldPay screen about subsequent payments being adjustable by the merchant. So my question is:

Does this mean that you can make a change to the price being charged to my credit card without my prior approval? I certainly hope this is not what this is implying and that I'm simply taking it the wrong way. A clarification please...

This means we can change the amount you are billed per month, yes. It makes it far easier so that if you wish to upgrade your account or add additional services, we can do it very easily without the need for new payments to be created etc. You will of course receive an email the second such changes are made. You will of course give your authorization before such changes are made by instructing us to upgrade your plan etc. No changes are made without first consulting with you.

There is no reason why such changes wouldn't be permitted, as this is a full merchant account. Not a third party processing account such as 2CheckOut, PaySystems.com etc. The transaction will show on your card as "Rochen Limited"

Sounds good. Thanks for the info. I'm just sensitive to whats being changed/charged to my credit card.

I'd have to say that feeback has been excellent. I hope this is indicative of what your web hosting services will be like. Hopefully, I'll receive my "Welcome Email" with pertinent details soon....
