I left Rochen for a few months to attempt a dedicated server w/management at a respected server provider, although I always had great service with Rochen's team, I was testing the viability of a new model.

Frankly, while I was gone, I realized that I had better service from Rochen then I did with a managed dedicated server with a third party service group. At 1/5 the cost, Rochen provides me more personal service than a hired management group. The business decision is easy -- I am back.

It does not hurt that my Joomla customers are going to be in the best hands with Rochen.
