Well, I've been with Rochen for about six months now and feel it's time to add my two cents. I have only great things to say about my experience thus far. Their legendary support is that way for a reason. Responses to my issues have thus far been helpful, courteous, informative, and FAST. It feels as if Brad and Chris are hanging out in my living room waiting for me to pop in with a question and not half a world away. From my own experience and what I have read on various forum posts, if they are unable to comply with a request, they either are working on a solution for that issue or have a damn good reason for denying it which usually boils down to stability and security for the entire hosting environment. I appreciate this kind of policing on behalf of my own sites as well as those of my clients. I should add that as a web developer I have been able to accomplish everything with Rochen that I could expect to on any shared host that has my best interests in mind. What has sealed the deal for me, in addition to the unparalleled support, are the informative customer forums, the stability of the network, and even the monthly billing. I don't need to be enticed monetarily to sign up with a long contract for a service (I don't know anyone who truly loves their cell phone company). I prefer to stick around because what I am getting in exchange for my money is of value to me and helps both me and my business succeed. Rochen does this for me.
