It's refreshing to use a provider that offers great products, at a great price and has support staff who respond to queries cheerfully, knowledgeably, and in record breaking time.
I've never had any serious problems, but have raised a number of tickets to add new domains, change allocation of resources between the domains, activate features and upgrade my account.
