After over a year at a host where we never felt like our site was running properly and being told it was our fault we made the move. Site performance has improved greatly and our users have told us how much better it performs.
Granted i'm only a couple days in, but if this is the performance I can expect all the time I can see why some many people are pleased here. Having real customer support and not just some canned response certainly is nice too.
