I will tell you in all honesty, that this is the first time in 6 years that I've been doing websites that I finally found the perfect host.
First thing I learned, in a painful and expensive way: Never try to get involved in a host that offer you too cheap a price! There will always be hidden cost and you will be surprised with the fees they will charge you later on. Be careful and read the details. They will charge you with simple services like Redirect and even a back-up restore. They will rob you blind. They will offer you services so expensive you'll never got the chance to recover.
They will say they respond to your support ticket in 1 minute or less! But then, they will close the ticket even without your reply and your satisfaction.
With Rochen, you will get professional (both efficient and friendly) support, unmatched by any other host. I know, I have been to 4 different hosts, some proclaiming features they never had. AND they will even ask you with the proper courtesy that they will close the ticket, coz your problem has been solved! But that is the least of their qualities...
The server is fast and reliable. The features are superb. Simply unmatched anywhere, I tell you!
