After almost five years working with Rochen, I must make public the overall more than very satisfactory balance of the relationship, much more human than business oriented, probably.
Hosting hundreds of domains, our experience includes both, shared and managed dedicated hosting we have been continuously growing our partnership with Rochen mainly because they have consistently shown a proactive and always available approach.
Overall system availability, including servers and network, has been very close to 100% during all this time and whenever problems or doubts arise, prompt and clear help is always available.
With no doubt, and as the company's founder and CEO, Christopher Adams is the heart of the company, always there to understand needs and to provide clear and frank responses, but here is a really admirable team behind him, Ben, Brad, Martin, Tom (just alphabetical order) and recently arrived Dinesh all are a very valuable set of resources that we truly appreciate and feel proud of.
I personally have the feeling that we are more colleages and partners than customers, and sincerely also trust it will be this way for years to come.
