I was looking for a new web host provider that could meet my needs for Social.com. I'd like to share what I've learned with other prospective customers.
Growth
The capacity to handle growth was a top consideration in deciding on a web host provider for Social.com. Rochen has proven their ability to handle the most demanding traffic as the host of all official Joomla sites. A recent check at Alexa shows that Joomla.org has a reported Alexa traffic rank of 605 - an impressive number that demands an equally impressive web host provider such as Rochen.
Customer Support
Support has been simply superb at Rochen. My first pre-sales support question to the Rochen forum was answered in just 19 minutes and the second in 3 minutes! Rochen's ticket support system for private site issues is also first rate. Rochen showed their commitment to customer satisfaction with response times of 12 minutes or less for the three important tickets that I have filed so far. While I don't expect such fast turnarounds on a regular basis, my experience with their support has helped to confirm that I made the right choice in coming to Rochen.

After moving to Rochen, Google Webmaster Tools now reports that the time spent downloading a page from Social.com has been cut in half. Rochen has provided a measurable and impressive boost in site performance at Social.com, that will be well received by our visitors.
