It's Saturday, late afternoon, and I had a little 'trouble' with my site. I posted up in the "General Hosting Customer Support" forum at 4:20pm, and within five minutes, I had a response that was accurate, to the point, and above all, helpful in resolving the problem.
Total time to resolution? A mere 30 minutes from start to finish!
If you are considering Rochen to host your site, let this be a positive thumbs-up for their level of support. (Did I happen to mention that it is Saturday?)
