Hi there,

I've decided to switch to Rochen from my current web host after hearing all the rave reviews. Plus, when I heard where your datacenter was located, I couldn't resist. My current host has great features and is inexpensive, but ever since their recent server move to a new datacenter, I've been experiencing many random pockets of downtime that go unacknowledged, and it's driving me crazy. Could be routing from my location that's at fault, but I don't really care as the end result is unacceptable to me.

I just have a couple of questions before I hit the signup button.

I'm interested in Plan 2. I started to go through the signup form already, actually, and noticed that within that page sequence, Plan 2 is listed as having 150 MB diskspace. On the front page of your site, it's listed as having 250. I know that this was a recent change because I've been checking this site for some time, and honestly, the bump up to 250 MB diskspace was what sold me. ;) Which is correct?

Also, at some point in the near future I'm going to be registering a new domain and would like to point it at my account. Can I facilitate that process entirely in CPanel, or do I need to contact you to fulfill a portion of that process?

That's really it. Everything else looks great!

Thanks,
-Brian

Which is correct?Yes, the bump to 250 MB of disk space is correct. I will have to modify the plans on the servers so that they reflect the changes.

Also, at some point in the near future I'm going to be registering a new domain and would like to point it at my account. Can I facilitate that process entirely in CPanel, or do I need to contact you to fulfill a portion of that process? You will have to submit a ticket via the HelpDesk to have to new domain added.
