I don't like writing good comments about Rochen because I would prefer to have them to myself. I was saved again by their help, which makes me look good to my client. I just pretend they are my own "staff". :)

However, I think the only way you will find better customer service is if you are standing in front of your own server and also have your PhD in Computer Science from CalTech or MIT.

Always thankful for Rochen dealing with some of my less than complicated questions and also my more-than-necessarily complicated questions.

I need help on my Rauch modeling for an experimental design for some Neuroscience research... maybe I will see if Rochen can help... :)

Again, Rochen proves that customer service is not just a link or a series of corporate regulations and rules that sit in a file labeled, "Corporation Rules & Regulations", never to be actualized.

Customer Service from Rochen means action: Technicians who will respond to your disaster, fix it for you if it is within a reasonable means, and give you good advice on how to prevent such a disaster in the future.

I have wasted so much money hosting on servers and paid for ancillary support services... all money wasted when I should have just been here. I feel like I am paying for not only a honest product, but paying for technical support unparalleled in web hosting and services.

Hats off to you, again.
