It looks like the My Rochen interface has changed and I'm unable to login and the "Forgot Password" is not working, for my account anyway.

I'm considering starting a small, part time business where I'd offer to create a Joomla based site, and host it via a reseller program. One of my "fears" is the support issue. What kind of support, if any, do you offer to the owners of the websites I'd be hosting as a reseller? Also, I'm kind of new to this idea. Please feel free to tell me I'm out of my mind, and this kind of thing isn't done by anyone. I can take it. :)

I'm an existing rochen customer. Happy with the service so far. I have a question about a new site I'm about to undertake.

I will be working on the site with a couple of developers and am looking for advice on how we approach this. The site will use WordPress and headway and needs to be live around July. It will be replacing an existing site so I won't have access to the domain name till a few days before go live. My questions therefore are

Would there be any issues about getting a shared hosting package and developing using just the ip address until we are ready to transfer the domain name?

Any wordpress guru have any advice on what that might do to permalinks or best way to approach this?
