Now..this might sound like a very simple question but sadly,,,I am having a difficult time with it so I am here asking the question. <br />
<br />
I have signed up with Rochen already and I am in the process of setting up email for a couple of people. I am doing via the cpanel. Once the email is setup, I am able to configure the emails on PC (outlook and others..), but I am having a big trouble when I am setting up email on both Mac Mail and at Entourage. <br />
<br />
Finally, I am able to receive emails but not able to send/forward/reply emails. <br />
<br />
Can you please help me out here by step-by-step process here so that I can follow the same. <br />

<br />
First, I had contracted with a programmer to go to my site and install some subscription/e-commerce software.  When he notified me that he had finished, his email to me included: &quot;BTW nice fast server- was a pleasure to work on it.&quot;   Yep.  And this guy works on lots of different servers.<br />
<br />
Second, I initiated an SSL certificate (my first time) on this account.  I had lots of newbie questions, and Adam politely answered them all, and no doubt had a few chuckles along the way.  Thanks to his guidance, I concluded my requirements, and the SSL is installed and working great!<br />
<br />
Rochen has met and exceeded all my expectations as a web developer/web hosting provider.  My clients really have no idea of all the headaches they never deal with! <br />
<br />
It isn't that things never go wrong, but that they are quickly addressed and fixed.  I expect some things to go wrong. I also expect excellent response times and honesty and real fixes.<br />
<br />
BTW, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams and  Adam Boswell at the CMS Expo in IL (May 2010).  I heard their presentation on web security.  Adam answered my many questions at their display booth.  I found two professionals who know their business and seemed to really care about my (relatively small) business.  That means a lot to me.<br />

Recently, I've been VERY unhappy with the service at Rochen. I must admit that their response time is excellent, but this is not the only factor that qualifies a successful business.<br />
<br />
In the last few months, this server has gone down twice... I believe it has gone down a total of 2-3 times since I have been a customer...<br />
<br />
I can NOT have my clients websites and all our E-Mails, including our own, constantly suffering as a result of server glitches. We do maintain our own servers external from Rochen and have not had <b>a single issue</b> thus far.<br />
By the way, one of those servers that has been running efficiently is with GoDaddy, a company that receives no end of trouble when it comes to complaints.<br />
<br />
Also, some of our DNS zone files have had IP addresses resetting for NO reason at all (this has happened twice to date).<br />
It's not very nice when you have to call your clients and explain to them that your hosting IP addresses suddenly reset for no apparent reason, thus disallowing them to view their mail and sites.<br />
<br />
Also, cPanel was upgraded without any E-Mail communication,.. not that this is a bad thing, I support keeping software up to date, to patch security issues and what not... but it would be nice to know via E-Mail if youo are to be affected, rather than just surprise everybody unexpectedly.<br />
<br />
I have not said a word up until this point. Right now, I can't access ANY of my websites, my E-Mail, my client sites, etc. They are ALL down. I have had 5 clients call me up already.<br />
<br />
I can accept that a server can have issues... but a server is not meant to have frequent issues... but recently, 4 issues back to back, I felt I should raise this as a concern.<br />
<br />
This is not a slam against the customer service response time... I agree that response time is generally very fast.<br />
<br />
But actual service and performance of servers? This is a different story.<br />
<br />
Any thoughts and opinions are welcome.</div>
