Now..this might sound like a very simple question but sadly,,,I am having a difficult time with it so I am here asking the question.

I have signed up with Rochen already and I am in the process of setting up email for a couple of people. I am doing via the cpanel. Once the email is setup, I am able to configure the emails on PC (outlook and others..), but I am having a big trouble when I am setting up email on both Mac Mail and at Entourage.

Finally, I am able to receive emails but not able to send/forward/reply emails.

Can you please help me out here by step-by-step process here so that I can follow the same.
